Building Hazard and Liability Insurance: Brown & Brown Insurance Henry (225) 763-5631 (owners need to provide their own HO6 interior liability & content insurance) $10,000 deductible per claim.

All exterior building maintenance (excluding entrance doors, windows & screens and interior repairs from roof leaks). Call Steve 225-937-4849

Lawn & Pool maintenance (common grounds)
